We offer conceptual design services using the latest Chief Architect 3D software which make it easy to conceptualize your project. We can not only create plan views, but elevations, dollhouse views, and live walk through of your space to see exactly what the finished product will feel like.
In addition to our conceptual design services, we also can create full scale CAD construction plans, with layouts, cross sections, elevations, details, and structural engineered plans.
Our staff can help with interior design, creating a breath of fresh air for the spaces where you spend your time relaxing, being productive, feeling most comfortable.

Conceptual Design
$1500 minimum design fee
We can typically provide two preliminary conceptual design plans at this price point. New Construction, Major Additions, or Major Renovations will be quoted at a specified fixed cost or time and materials contract price.
Every design cost is quoted prior to commencement so you know all of the exact costs.
Construction Plans
Typically 5-10% of total project value including full set of architectural plans, stamped by registered structural engineer.
Note:
For smaller projects we typically include the design in the cost of the construction contract.
